Building Up The Community
The YETS Housing Pathways Program was created to provide safe, supportive housing solutions for young adults ages 18-25 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
Through a structured housing model, participants receive temporary shelter, transitional Housing, or co-living opportunities while gaining access to case management, life skills development, employment support, financial literacy, and optional mental health services.
Our goal is to stabilize young adults, equip them with the tools for independence, and help them transition to safe, sustainable living.
This program focuses on stability, accountability, and growth so young adults can move forward with confidence.
PROGRAM MISSION
The mission of the YETS Housing Pathways Program is to provide housing stability and supportive services that empower young adults to overcome crisis, build life skills, maintain employment or education, and transition successfully into independent living.
PROGRAM PURPOSE
Many young adults fall into homelessness due to unexpected life events such as family conflict, job loss, financial hardship, or lack of support systems. The YETS Housing Pathways Program creates structured housing pathways designed to meet participants where they are while helping them move toward long-term stability.
Through Housing, mentorship, and supportive services, participants gain the tools necessary to rebuild their lives and maintain independence.
