We accept out of pocket cost, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum/UHC/UHB, BCBS, out of network and Aetna insurance. We are always looking to add more insurance options. Once we do we will add them here.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using certain types of insurance an estimate of their bill for services before services are rendered. This will be included in your client packet.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider than your Good Faith Estimate you can dispute the bill. For more information about your rights to a Good Faith Estimate call 1-800-985-3059.
